Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead all aspects of the hotel/resort, including guest services, food and beverage operations, maintenance, sales and marketing, human resources, and financial management.
Ensure guest satisfaction through outstanding customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and profitability while maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.
Recruit, train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
Manage budgets, financial statements, and financial analysis to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is required.
The ideal candidate must have at least 8 years of experience in hotel or resort management.
The candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting is necessary.
Flexible to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
