Responsibilities

• Managing the assigned roles in finance functions of all smaller assigned companies and also the group of accounts of Selia Ekuiti Group.
• Provide insightful financial analysis and advice to support decision making, strategy development and drive overall company performance.
• Prepare all monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting and presentations;
• Track performance against budget, KPIs and highlight issues and variances.
• Able to co-lead and provide support to the Group CFO for all Group forecasting and budgeting exercises in addition to all the periodic reporting requirements.
• Drive changes in business process and reporting framework;
• Manage Group Tax and treasury matters;
• Assist in the role of control and compliance as per all statutory requirements, corporate governance and Group policies.
• Perform any other duties and projects as assigned by the Group CFO.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a recognized degree in Accountancy and/or a professional qualification like ACCA, CIMA, MICPA or equivalent with at least 10 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, with strong business acumen and technical knowledge.
• Previous knowledge in manufacturing or project based environment is highly advantageous.
• Passionate about business financial management, possesses positive attitude and drive.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office tools and familiar with ERP systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
• Based at Kelana Jaya.
