General Manager | F&B | Klang Valley

This is a great opportunity as a General Manager to work for a well-known and established Chinese Restaurant F&B chain. You will be overseeing the F&B operations of 16 Restaurant outlets across Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for managing all F&B service, restaurants, and day-to-day operations within authorized guidelines and to company-established standards.
2. Manages the all-day dining and bar outlets.
3. Responsible for proposing menus, F&B service-related purchases and continuously making necessary improvements.
4. Responsible for creating and enforcing restaurant/bar policies, targets, and KPIs.
5. Responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs.
6. Responsible for establishing targets, KPIs, duty rosters, schedules, policies, and procedures.
7. Responsible to comply with all food, beverage, health, and safety regulations.
8. Forecasting, planning, sourcing, and ordering supplies for the restaurant, as well as beverages for the bar.
9. Building positive relationships with food and beverage vendors.
10. Hiring, training, and managing food and beverage service staff.
11. Outlet visitation if applicable.
12. Keeping up to date with industry trends.

Requirements

1. A certificate, diploma, or degree in Food & Beverage Management / Bar Management is preferred.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality/food & beverage/bar industry, emphasizing on service and bar management.
3. Must be able to communicate (read and write) in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
4. Previous experience managing multiple F&B outlets is a big plus.

Office location: Seri Kembangan

Remuneration: up to RM 20,000
