General Manager, Distribution Centre

This Job is based in Bukit Beruntung, Selangor

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end operation, key performance management & project implementation for distribution centre.
• Managing distribution centre profit & loss, yearly budgeting and monthly operating cost control.
• Establishes and adheres to processes in accordance to business unit requirements on safety, quality, service, cost and delivery compliance.
• Managing all interdepartmental cross function project / process improvement.
• Implementation of updated industry standards and best practices for continuous improvement in both warehousing and transportation.
• Managing relationship & key performance review of all appointed outsource 3rd party logistics.
• Leads with excellent coaching skill that contributes to the development of managers, executives and other team members.

Requirements:

• An advanced professional certification or at least a diploma holder.
• Min 8 years managerial working experience in any Fresh Foods, Perishable Goods or FMCG Distribution and Warehousing environment or in any other related retail field is must.
• Adequate computer skills and literacy in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint application & WMS software.
• Able to converse in mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Experience in handle warehousing automation project will be an added advantage.
