General Manager Digital Solutions, Unifi Business

ABOUT THE JOB

Lead strategy, execution, and growth of digital solutions for Unifi Business. This role oversees value creation, productization, and distribution across sales channels while ensuring alignment with customer experience, product development, procurement, and sales teams. The goal is to drive revenue, profit, and NPS targets while positioning Unifi Business as the preferred digital partner for Malaysian SMEs in their digital transformation journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the tribe business as well as orchestrate and drive strategic directions
• Oversee the development of business goals and implement improvements to business processes
• Formulate short, medium and long-term strategic plans for the business based on market trends and potential opportunities in the industry
• Manages digital solutions P&L, NPS & delivery
• Identify areas of growth to drive greater success to the business
• Track and report business performance to be shared with top management and stakeholders
• Provide direct operational oversight and guidance to optimize back office operation and fulfilment
• Transform business wide KPIs that drives accountability with impactful outcome

MUST HAVE

• Degree in Marketing/eCommerce /Computer Science/ Engineering/ Business administration and other related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant areas
• Proven leadership experience in motivating and driving growth in a business
• Experience with B2C and B2B Digital and eCommerce solutions
• In-depth understanding of the Micro and SME industry including competitions, market landscape and regulatory requirements
• Strong understanding of current trends and new technology in the areas of commerce, finance and digital solutions
