Job description

We are Malaysia’s leading Credit Reporting Agency (CRA) and we are aggressively expanding our business, looking for dynamic, driven, and motivated individuals to join our team. Our Direct-To-Consumer segment (D2C) is one of our fastest-growing product areas in the market, with an abundance of expansion plans and innovative ideas on hand.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead discussions with other functions/departments to ensure a best-in-class ‘customer experience’ is delivered, including a seamless, educative customer journey throughout our online and offline ecosystem, superior advisory and after-sales support, and data analysis & insights on sales trends and customer behavior.
  2. Manage your team to keep abreast of external category and competitor developments, guiding them to contribute new ideas in enhancing the robustness & value proposition of the commercial product.
  3. Build a team of hunters to grow awareness and adoption for consumer scores through strategic alliances and partnerships with Financial Services Groups and Agents.
  4. Curate commercial deals that align the commercial interests of both parties while innovating new types of ‘risk-based’ rewards and incentives.
  5. Monitor, model, and analyze data arising from various partnerships to position the Score as a relevant tool for clients.
  6. Facilitate joint brainstorming and team collaboration while working with the senior leadership team to establish departmental goals and strategies.
  7. Collaborate with numerous departments, specifically with Product and Data Analytics to identify data and analytical requirements for current and future products and services.

Requirements

  1. Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating engaging presentations.
  2. Interpersonal Skills: Self-motivated, proactive, service-oriented, with exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work comfortably in a cross-functional setting.
  3. People Skills: Ability to make strong, lasting connections with others, inspiring trust in customers, departmental heads, and stakeholders.
