Oversee the daily operations of the company and ensure business objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, and meet organizational goals.
Evaluate the company’s financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase in operating efficiencies.
Provide strategic input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.
Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization and with the Board of Directors as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver results, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
Analyze and evaluate business performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Manage company budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Report directly to the Group Executive Director (GED) or any designated position appointed by the Board of Directors.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
Minimum 10 years of working experience with 3 years in a senior management position.
Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role, ideally within the gaming industry (preferably with bottom-line responsibilities).
