  • Strategic Leadership & Execution - Lead cross-functional collaboration, oversee project delivery, and ensure operational excellence for sustainable success.

skills and experience required

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 10 years of business development experience within the transportation service industry
  • Proven track record of generating new business and driving customer retention.
  • Strong strategic and tactical problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to address complex challenges effectively.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, pricing strategies, and cost management.
