Salary & Compensation:

  • Bonuses: Up to 3 months, performance-based, following KPIs.
  • Additional Benefits: Officer cheque up to MYR 1,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Lead Heads of Departments (HODs) and team members, ensuring alignment with the company’s culture and values.
  • Guest Services: Work closely with the Guest Service Manager.
  • Duty Managers: Collaborate with two Duty Managers.
  • Finance & HR: Supervise the Accounts and HR Executives.
  • Kitchen Management: Manage the Sous Chef.
  • Ownership Transition: Partner with Ms. Ana and Mr. Kumar.
  • Efficiency & Organization: Ensure efficient filing, work processes, and regular reporting.
  • Proactive Work Style: Demonstrate initiative and maintain a systematic work approach.
  • Sales & Marketing: Support the team in social media and digital marketing efforts.
  • AI & Digital Proficiency: Utilize AI tools and implement digital systems.
  • Multitasking: Capable of switching between various roles quickly.
  • Daily Operations: Oversee daily hotel operations.
  • Personality Fit: Must be humble, approachable, and respectful of the company culture.
  • Cost-Conscious: Manage company finances and documents with discretion.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Approach tasks with a focus on finance, people, and sales.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree is a minimum requirement; street smarts and real-world experience are highly valued.
  • Experience: Proven managerial experience with a focus on revenue and sales.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in spoken English; written English can be supported by AI tools.
  • AI & Digital Skills: Strong knowledge of AI and digital technologies.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, highly detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Business Process Improvement: Ability to analyze and improve business processes.
  • Team Leadership: A strong ability to adapt and work closely with the team.
  • Age: Candidates should be below 45 years old.
  • Personality: Vibrant, adaptable, and people-oriented.
