Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Assist the Senior Management in overseeing the day-to-day operations and administrative functions, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating the team to deliver top-tier service. Formulate and implement operational strategies and policies to meet organizational goals. Ensure all operational processes are running efficiently, providing timely updates to the Senior Management on any challenges or improvements needed.
Budget Management: Work closely with the finance team to manage operational budgets, ensuring expenditures stay within the allocated budget. Ensure profitability by controlling operational costs and optimizing resource allocation.
Team Coordination: Act as the point of contact for resolving ground-level operational issues, escalating matters to Senior Management as required. Monitor team performance, providing feedback and support to promote a productive work environment.
Self-Development and Team Empowerment: Commit to continuous personal development in operations management, leadership, and team building. Support the Senior Management in promoting a culture of resilience and long-term success within the team.
Performance Management: Monitor operational performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), setting objectives for improvement.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards, promoting a strong safety culture within the organization. Address safety issues promptly and implement measures to minimize risks.
Customer Service & Sales: Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure high standards of customer satisfaction. Set targets, develop sales strategies, and monitor performance.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate regularly with internal & external stakeholders to provide updates on operational matters and customer feedback. Ensure timely and accurate reporting on key operational metrics and challenges to Senior Management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field required; advanced degree and relevant certifications highly preferred.
5+ years of progressive experience in operations, business development, including managerial responsibilities.
Strong leadership and managerial skills, financial acumen, in-depth knowledge of operations.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and implementing actionable plans to achieve corporate growth objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
