About the Location:

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is part of a 65-storey mixed-use tower that will include 242 Four Seasons Private Residences, 27 serviced apartments, a 209-key Four Seasons Hotel and a six-floor luxury retail podium, collectively known as Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur. The Hotel introduces several unique dining outlets to the city, including a Cantonese restaurant, lobby and rooftop pool bars, and an all-day dining restaurant with sweeping views of the Petronas Twin Towers.

About the Role:

As General Manager, you will lead the operations, strategy, and culture of Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you will oversee the performance of the property, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and inspire a team to achieve the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

What You Will Do:

  1. Lead with Vision: Provide strategic leadership for all hotel personnel, focusing on collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
  2. Maximize Hotel Operations: Develop and implement strategies to optimise profitability, service standards, and sustainability practices.
  3. Foster Culinary Excellence: Collaborate with Food & Beverage teams to ensure the hotel’s outlets are recognized as top dining destinations in Kuala Lumpur.
  4. Build Talent and Culture: Recruit, mentor, and develop a diverse team of professionals to drive the hotel’s success.
  5. Enhance Stakeholder Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with ownership, local communities, and global stakeholders.
  6. Drive Revenue and Brand Presence: Identify new revenue opportunities while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

What You Bring:

  • 10-15 years of progressive hotel operations or management experience in luxury hospitality.
  • High energy and the ability to build effective relationships with ownership and key stakeholders.
  • A strong service orientation with deep ties to the local community and culture.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to drive results and inspire excellence while maintaining the highest service standards.
  • A high degree of cultural sensitivity and integrity.
