Operational Management

• Oversee day-to-day agency operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
• Optimize workflows and processes to enhance productivity and profitability
• Manage resource allocation and utilization across projects and departments

Performance Management

• Establish and monitor performance metrics for individuals and teams
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback

Client Relations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, operations management, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial role within a marketing agency or similar fast-paced creative environment

• Excellent project management and multitasking skills
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting
