Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure that Products and Processes meet all necessary requirements before reaching customers.
2. Understand customer requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
3. Involve in APQP process to identify deviations from standard operating procedures and quality standards.
4. Manage Customer Quality Issues.
5. Manage Customer Quality Team.
6. Perform Internal Process and Supplier Quality Audits.

Job Qualifications

1. Graduate with minimum Diploma in Engineering.
2. At least 5 years’ experience as Quality Control Manager in the Automotive industry.
3. Understanding of Quality Management Systems is required.
4. Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
5. Good knowledge of Quality Core Tools, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.
6. Understanding of basic technical drawings.
7. Special skill in VDA 6.3 and IATF Auditor Certification.
8. Root Cause Analysis - 8D-Corrective Action concept.
9. Statistical Process Control (QC 7 tool).
10. Understanding of Cost of Poor Quality.
11. Understanding of Basic Measurement Equipment.
12. Understanding of Customer Specific Requirements (CSR).
