Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager at BEBIRI HOSTEL EMPIRE (M) SDN BHD, located in Batu Pahat. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the hostel, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, handling budgets, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The General Manager will also work on developing and implementing marketing strategies, monitoring occupancy rates, and improving operational efficiency.

1. Excellent leadership and team management skills
2. Strong financial and budget management skills
3. Experience in hospitality management and customer service
4. Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
5. Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making
6. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
8. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
9. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
10. Previous experience in managing a hostel or similar accommodation facilities is advantageous
