This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager at BEBIRI HOSTEL EMPIRE (M) SDN BHD, located in Batu Pahat. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the hostel, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, handling budgets, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The General Manager will also work on developing and implementing marketing strategies, monitoring occupancy rates, and improving operational efficiency.

Experience in hospitality management and customer service

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in managing a hostel or similar accommodation facilities is advantageous
