Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of company buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Manage facility-related contracts, including cleaning, security, and maintenance services.
• Develop and implement cost-effective strategies for facility management and energy efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Supervise and coordinate facility repairs, renovations, and improvements.
• Develop and implement workplace safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and mitigate risks.
• Ensure fire safety measures, emergency response plans, and evacuation procedures are in place and regularly tested.
• Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses, implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and compliance documentation.
• Develop and implement emergency response and crisis management plans.
• Conduct regular drills for fire, natural disasters, and other emergencies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management and workplace safety.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, workplace safety standards, and risk management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to respond to emergencies effectively.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
