About the role

Dae Guk M Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and organized General Affair Officer/Executive to join our team in Bintulu, Sarawak on a contract basis. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and office management support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Providing secretarial and clerical support to senior management
  • Coordinating logistics and event planning for the office
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as needed
  • Assisting with HR and payroll-related tasks
  • Implementing and enhancing office policies and procedures
  • Managing company vehicles and accommodations, including scheduling, usage, maintenance & service
  • Document Control
  • Coordinating expatriates work permit matters

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an administrative or office management role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of office procedures and practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
