Job description

Established in 1988, Uniplan provides interior design, project consultancy, and design and build services to commercial and residential clients. Uniplan is certified by the “Construction Industry Development Board of Malaysia’ and is a member of FIABCI, The International Real Estate Federation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of organizational documents.
  2. Record and update receivables and inventory records.
  3. Collaborate with team members and perform general clerical duties.
  4. Adhere to company policies and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  1. Accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred.
  2. General computer knowledge.
  3. Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
