About the role

Work Location: 1 PowerHouse, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Reporting Line: Accounts Receivable Manager

Key responsibilities

1. All aspects of collections regarding Debtors’ Ledger
2. Resolving customer financial queries via phone and email
3. Inbound and outbound calls
4. Liaising with market contacts regarding customer queries
5. Prepare and dispatch dunning letters/statements
6. Receive and give inputs to initiate legal / insurance actions
7. Provide support to AR Team Leader for credit control activities as required
8. Ensuring all Associate activities are compliant with audit requirements
9. Documenting all collection activity
10. Escalation and follow through of any issues occurring
11. Reporting and Process improvement

Qualifications and skills

1. Degree in accounting, commerce, finance, and/or a professional accountancy qualification.
2. Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a Deductions / Credit Review related job function
3. Excellent numeric and accuracy skills
4. Processing of cash to the customer accounts for all methods of payment (Cashier)
5. Cash application for all methods of payment
6. Excellent understanding and daily use of High Radius, SAP, and Excel
