Functional Audit & Business Process, Executive

We are looking for a competent Internal Audit Executive to assist in conducting audit, process advisory & ad-hoc assignments.

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in planning and organizing audit, process advisory & ad hoc assignments.
2. Execute fieldworks for both audit and advisory assignments including drafting reports and processes.
3. Liaise with the respective personnel to obtain data/information for planning and fieldwork.
4. Discuss and clarify issues of concerns with auditees and follow up on the status of corrective action plans.
5. Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as instructed by the Superiors.

Job Requirements

1. Degree in Accountancy/ Business/ Finance or professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIA, etc.
2. Minimum 3 years of solid working experience in internal/external audits.
3. Relevant experience in management process improvement circle (particularly on retail operations-related) will be an added advantage.
4. Independent and experienced in dealing with various Stakeholders.
5. Ability to conduct effective risk analysis and strong in data analytics.
6. Growth mindset with strong interpersonal, presentation, and report writing skills.
7. Good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
