Responsibilities:

1. Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, aromatherapy…) in a professional manner and perform 5-star customer service.
2. Perform treatments on guests while maintaining the guest’s comfort at all times.
3. Maintain the equipment and inventory of products and apply appropriate techniques to client needs and preferences.
4. Acknowledge relevant customer queries and provide courteous advice.
5. Suggest and promote products or additional services.
6. Comply with hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of working experience in the massage field.
2. Hands-on experience in massage techniques and body therapies will be an added advantage.
3. Independent and able to work without direct supervision.
4. Positive attitude and good personality.

Salary + Commission: RM3000+

Hostel is provided for outstation staff.
