【FULL TIME】Johor Bahru - NITORI-RETAIL-MANAGER-CANDIDATE(NRMC)

We seek enthusiastic university fresh graduates to join us as NRMC, a role designed to become managers at our stores (Section Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager) for our expanding retail operations.

We welcome all fresh graduates (No prior retail experience needed).

We plan to open a new store in the Johor Bahru area in 2025. Therefore, we are actively recruiting in the Johor Bahru area. We are also hiring in the KL area, so if you are interested, kindly apply!

What We Offer:

• With hard work & good performance, you can become a Section Manager within a year.
• We provide OJT (On-the-Job Training) and OFF JT (Off-the-Job Training) every three months.
• Once in a few years, there are transfers to other stores or different organizations (job rotation). You will gain various experiences and build your career as a specialist.

NRMC Requirements:

• Fresh graduates with a minimum bachelor’s degree.

• Flexibility to relocate across Malaysia (in the future).
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
