The new role

As a software backend developer, you will play an integral role of a technical expert for solution design and development as well as work closely with solution architects and business analysts to code the requirements and plan for testing. The role will require you to implement and support Global IT solutions by using emerging techniques/technologies including user centricity, responsive design, and cloud/on-premise solutions. Partner with project managers, business stakeholders, and product owners to understand their requirements and translate them into technical implementation.

Requirements to succeed

The successful candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in IT or related field with demonstrated excellent academic record (CGPA of at least 3.5), or 1-3 years of working experience in designing, planning, and implementing end-to-end solutions. Knowledge of sales processes, or cloud microservices development and event-driven architecture patterns are a plus. Passion for Test Driven Development, code quality, and security is encouraged. Ideally, you should possess excellent communication skills, be analytical, proactive, and enjoy working within a multicultural & agile organization.
