Frontend UI Developer / Designer

Our Client is seeking a UI/UX Designer who combines design talent with a deep understanding of user behavior to enhance user satisfaction and streamline interfaces across a diverse portfolio of products.

Description

• Apply creativity and user-centered design principles to craft intuitive user interfaces and interactive experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user feedback into design concepts.
• Develop comprehensive visual strategies that align with our Capital Markets guidelines and enhance our user engagement.
• Deliver design projects from wireframes to prototypes to final designs, efficiently managing multiple timelines.
• Actively leverage the latest design techniques and tools, keeping the team at the forefront of innovation in design.
• Work actively with development teams to realize designs into platforms.

Profile

Must-have

• A strong portfolio of previous UI/UX design work for web platforms.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, paired with the ability to articulate design decisions and iterate based on feedback.
• A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in UI/UX design, demonstrating a deep understanding of user interface design processes and methodologies.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with common web development and understanding their possibilities and limitations in design.
• Experience with user testing and research methodologies.
• Knowledge of current trends in design and technology and eagerness to stay informed.
• Previous experience within industries such as Finance, FinTech, or e-commerce.
