Frontend Developer (UI/UX)

We are looking for a dedicated & innovative Front-End Developer (UI/UX) to join our Newpages family!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research and plan new projects for optimal user interaction and experience.
2. Evaluate user requirements in collaboration with creative, production, and development teams.
3. Create user-centered designs based on business needs and client feedback.
4. Develop innovative and engaging interfaces for websites and mobile.
5. Produce UX design concepts using storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, and wireframes.
6. Design graphic elements, including menus, tabs, and widgets, and build UI design systems.
7. Create UI mockups and prototypes for clear visualization of site functionality.
8. Test UI elements and conduct design adjustments based on user feedback.
9. Provide advice on UX research methodologies and collaborate with marketing teams for tailored digital experiences.
10. Adhere to style standards on typography, graphic design, and color.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

1. Preferably Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)/ Computer Science or equivalent.
2. Preferably 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in an IT company. Proven experience in UI/UX or equivalent design roles.
3. Web design experience; familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal) is a plus.
4. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Axure, and Invision.
5. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

It is good if you have:

1. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
2. Passion for technology and its impact on business and user experience.
3. Fluent in web-based and mobile information architecture and design best practices.
4. Design tools such as Adobe XD / Figma sketching tools and linking API.
5. Version control tool such as Git & Gitlab.
