Frontend Developer (ReactJS | 0-3 Years of Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the team and UX/UI designers to translate design concepts into interactive and functional web applications using ReactJS.
2. Develop, test, and maintain responsive and optimised user interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences across devices and browsers.
3. Implement state management using React's built-in features or popular libraries like Redux or Recoil to manage application data and state.
4. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, readability, and adherence to coding standards.
5. Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services to enable data exchange and dynamic functionality.
6. Optimise application components for performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing necessary optimizations.
7. Learn and apply best practices in web accessibility (WCAG) to ensure that applications are usable by users with disabilities.
8. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in frontend development and ReactJS.
9. Assist in troubleshooting and debugging issues to maintain the stability and functionality of applications.
10. Report issues and concerns immediately to the IT manager.
11. Undertake any other ad-hoc requests relating to company matters as and when required.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, Mobile Development, or related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or equivalent role.
3. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, and NodeJS.
4. Familiarity with frontend build tools like Webpack and Babel.
5. Good understanding of web services, APIs, RESTful architecture, and asynchronous programming.
6. Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
7. Knowledge of databases, data structures, and SQL queries.

Bonus Points:

1. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
2. Proficiency in ReactJS for building user interfaces and managing state.
3. Familiarity with modern frontend build tools like Webpack and Babel.
4. Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
6. Attention to detail and a keen eye for design and user experience.
7. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
