Job Summary:
As the Front Desk Spa Manager, you will be the face of Zen Alchemy Spa, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for from the moment they step through our doors. You will manage daily front desk operations, coordinate appointments, and provide exceptional customer service, creating a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
  • Manage appointment bookings and ensure timely communication with clients.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Process payments accurately and issue receipts.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Update client records and appointment schedules in the booking system.
  • Monitor stock levels of front desk supplies and coordinate with the team for replenishment.
  • Communicate effectively with spa therapists and management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including daily sales reporting and basic record-keeping.
  • Support marketing initiatives by sharing promotional materials with clients.
  • Oversee daily operations of the spa.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain the quality of service provided by therapists.
  • Ensure prompt replies to clients through WhatsApp or any other platforms we use.
  • Train and supervise spa staff including therapists, receptionists, and other support staff.
  • Ensure the spa meets its sales target every month.
  • Assist management with tasks from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum SPM qualification; diploma in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in Malay and English.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software or booking systems.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
