As a Barista/Waiter at Mokky's Pizza and Coffee, you'll be the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer has a memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and Serving Guests: Provide exceptional service by welcoming customers, taking orders, and delivering food and drinks with a smile.
• Coffee and Beverage Preparation: Craft high-quality coffee and beverages according to our recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintaining a Clean Environment: Keep the dining area and workstations clean, organized, and safe.
• Handling Payments: Accurately manage transactions using our POS system.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Passion for coffee and customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
