Job description

The Front Office Manager will provide supervision, direction, and leadership in the Front Office in accordance with the objectives, performance, and quality standards established by the hotel.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for supervising all duties of the front desk, MO Club, and guest services including the concierge, transport, and luggage services.
  2. Managing outsourced vendors operations including Limousine, Taxi, Jockey, Parking, and Tour Desk operations.
  3. Responsible for the management of front office personnel such as staff training and shift scheduling.
  4. Ensure effective implementation of the IMS policy and procedures.
  5. Ensure continuous training and awareness of the IMS system.
  6. Ensure OTPs are monitored and acted upon.
  7. Identify areas of improvement through CPAR or suggestions.
  8. Ensure operational compliance to legal regulations and other requirements.
  9. Identification of new activities that are in relation to EASI and HIRADC.
