Qualifications & Experience

• Candidate must possess at least a school qualification (SPM/STPM)
• No experience needed, training will be provided
• Able to work in Night Shift (cover shift)
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests
• Assist guests with check in and check out
• Create reservations and assign rooms for guests
• Answer calls and reply to emails
• Assist housekeeping whenever needed
• Any ad hoc tasks required by management
