Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Assistant located in Cameron Highlands. The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for managing front desk operations, answering phones, scheduling appointments, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing clerical support. The role also involves ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and handling their inquiries efficiently.


Qualifications

  1. Strong Interpersonal Skills and Phone Etiquette
  2. Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Administrative Assistance
  3. Proficiency in Clerical Skills
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  5. Ability to work well in a team setting
  6. Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  7. High School diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office management are advantageous
