Front Desk/Receptionist

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and walk-in customers professionally.
• Schedule therapist massage sequences and therapist working schedules.
• Arrange customer bookings.
• Promote massage packages and products to customers to generate sales and achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints with care and professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness of front desk counter and outlets.
• Handle outlet’s administrative tasks.
• Manage cash, sales transactions, and ensure accurate daily sales records.
• Responsible for stock inventory and maintaining accurate stock records.
• Undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Able to work 6 days a week including weekends and public holidays (weekdays off).
• Able to work on a shift basis.
• Work experience as Front Desk, Receptionist, Beautician, or similar role is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malay.
• Professional and pleasant personality.
• Good customer service attitude.
• Good organization and time management skills.
