Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Serve walk-in customers with excellent service.
  • Answer phone calls and provide information on available packages.
  • Process sales and generate invoices.
  • Check and organize files and documents.

Job Requirements

  • Min SPM, fresh graduate welcome to apply.
  • Must be able to read and write Mandarin and English.
  • Female preferable.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working in the pet care industry.
