  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails and inquiries, and provide accurate and timely information
  • Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring it is well-organised and presentable
  • Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and assisting with various tasks
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth running of daily operations
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving queries and addressing concerns promptly
  • Contribute to the overall success of the customer service team and the company
