Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails and inquiries, and provide accurate and timely information
Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring it is well-organised and presentable
Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and assisting with various tasks
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth running of daily operations
