Job Title: Front Desk Admin (Hair Salon)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers warmly upon arrival.
• Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and appointments efficiently.
• Manage daily operations at the front desk, ensuring smooth customer flow.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, managing schedules, and maintaining records.
• Assist in promoting salon services and products.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing needs and resolving any issues.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain good customer relationships through phone calls, messages, or chats.
• Manage and promote the company’s social platforms, and take photos and simple video edits of hair and scalp materials and works.
• Manage and respond to inquiries on various social media platforms and WhatsApp, and close sales both online and offline.
• Efficiently execute and complete all tasks assigned by management.

What We’re Looking For (Job Requirements):

• Languages: Proficient in Chinese, English, and Malay.
• Skills: Basic computer knowledge, including Excel and Microsoft Office.

Schedule:

• Full-Time (Pavilion Bukit Jalil)
  Morning Shift: 10 AM - 8 PM | Night Shift: 12 PM - 10 PM
  One weekday off.
• Part-Time (Eko Cheras Mall)
  Weekends and holidays.
