If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Front Desk Associate to join our dynamic team at VEEDU HAUZ SDN BHD, based in Kuala Lumpur Sentral, Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring our guests have a memorable and seamless experience during their stay.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
2. Efficiently checking guests in and out, handling reservations and managing room assignments
3. Responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner
4. Assisting with luggage and providing concierge services as needed
5. Maintaining accurate records and documentation
6. Providing general administrative support to the front office team
7. Ensuring the lobby and front desk area are well-presented and welcoming

What we're looking for

1. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
2. Knowledge of ABS system will be a plus.
3. Ability to speak Chinese will be a plus.
4. Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in the hospitality industry
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds
6. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
7. Proficiency in using hotel management software and computer systems
8. Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese
9. A positive, friendly and professional attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
