Fresh Graduate Development Program - Production Control and Operations (Non Productive Wafer)

In your new role you will:

1. Update the ANKO data and do follow up with respective owner
2. Execute the test wafer process flow according to procedure
3. Handle the test wafer according to defined route or procedure
4. Perform lot disposition according to OCAP
5. Ensure housekeeping practices are followed at all times
6. Support Production when required based on business needs

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

1. Diploma in Engineering
2. Fresh grad Diploma with minimum 3.0 CGPA
3. Good English communication and writing skills
4. Able to use Excel and perform analysis
5. Able to work independently and in a team
6. Practice good 5S and systematic data collection
7. Willing to work in shifts Sun-Thu / Tue-Sat (Office hours) or 12-hour shifts day & night
