Fresh Graduate Development Program - Maintenance

In your new role you will:

1. Each trainee must follow and complete the compulsory training defined by module or department.
2. Troubleshoot equipment related issues and minimize equipment down time.
3. Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and recovery.
4. Assist in the setup of new machine.
5. Assist Engineer to improve and sustain equipment performance to meet operations goals.
6. Be involved in Zero defect activity and ensure compliance to 5s.
7. Responsible for the Preventive Maintenance (PM) documentation.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

1. Diploma (Technical) in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or Microelectronics.
2. Good communication skills in English.
3. Good knowledge of MS Office.
4. Good team player with positive working attitude.
5. Willing to learn new things and able to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
6. Exposure to vacuum technology and wafer fab experience is a plus.
7. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
8. Minimum CGPA 3.00 or equivalent.
9. Commitment for 12 months of service.
10. Willingness to work in Kulim Hi-Tech Park.
11. No work experience required.
