Fresh Graduate Development Program (FGDP) - Diploma Graduates only

Job Descriptions:

1. Responsible for reliability testing support with loading and unloading of integrated circuit devices onto biased boards and chambers activities. Ensure to meet cycle time and zero quality issue.
2. Fulfilling tasks set out by supervisors.
3. Performs administrative duties in support of the Reliability system and tracking file.
4. Improve productivity by performing time studies to develop standards for current and new processes.
5. Process documentation.

Job Requirements:

1. Applicants preferably from Engineering academic in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Industrial/Manufacturing.
2. Ability in MS Office and other analytical statistical tools will be added advantages.
3. Ability to work independently.
4. Ability to multi-task.

Remarks: FDGP is a one-year contract position open to Diploma fresh graduates with CGPA of at least 3.0 and above only.
