Position: Customer Care Representative
Location: Penang
Experience: 0-6 Years (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply!)
Industry: Customer Service / BPO

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and care
• Provide timely, accurate, and helpful information to customers
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
• Work closely with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals
• Maintain customer records and document interactions in the system

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 0-6 years of experience (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude with a passion for helping others
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
