Job Responsibilities

• Assist in structural analysis and design using MiLA Structure and other engineering software.
• Perform engineering calculations, report preparation and technical documentation.
• Support research and development of AI-driven BIM solutions for construction digitalization.
• Collaborate with senior engineers in testing and validating BIM models for real-world projects.
• Provide technical support and training.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Strong foundation in structural analysis and design principles.
• Interest in BIM, construction technology and digital engineering.
• Basic knowledge of engineering software (e.g., ETABS, StaadPro, Revit, Tekla or MiLA Structure is a plus).
• Good problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
