Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Documentation: SOP, WI, FMEA, OCAP and Control Plan for related process.
2. Ensure effective hand shaking process of new device/product introduction to the line and new process technology capabilities developments.
3. Support Automation and development for new automatic and robotic equipment qualification and sustaining.
4. Support the Production Line. Report online machine status and issue to reporting manager.
5. Follow daily/shiftly line issue and production support for automation equipment.
6. Continuous improvement on direct/indirect material cost down, UPH, MTBA, and MTBF enhancement program.
7. Ensure automation equipment in good performance to meet the goals on quality, yield, cost, utilization and cycle time.
8. Perform automation equipment conversion and set up. Observe 6S on daily job to ensure the continued and smooth production line.
9. Able to conduct trainings to Operator/technicians on machine operation and skill improvement.
10. Able to replace spare parts and machine buy off.
11. Experience in automation equipment.
12. Manage engineer’s logistic needs.
13. Any other duties assigned from time base on schedule and unscheduled activities.
14. Participate in productivity improvement, Lean, Kaizen and similar activities and provide manufacturing process optimization solution.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

1. Master Degree / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
2. 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience in Semiconductor manufacturing environment is desirable but enthusiastic fresh graduate having an excellent thesis will be strongly considered. Experience in semiconductor assembly and test manufacturing plant.

Skills

1. Proficiency in PL/SQL and Oracle database is mandatory.
2. Must have experience and knowledge at FOL/EOL Assembly & TEST process.
3. Able to replace spare parts and machine buy off.
4. Experience in automation equipment.
5. Proficient in standard business application software, Tools & standard engineering method (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team.
7. Ability to troubleshoot and analyze problems.
8. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
9. Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
10. A highly inquisitive nature with an attention to detail, coupled with creativeness & innovativeness.
11. Good command of Eng language.
12. Familiarity with any SECS/GEM characterization tool.
13. Good skill at Manufacturing Automation Components.
