Job Description

Our Center of Excellence in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Planner Production Control to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes, managing inventory levels, and ensuring efficient operations within our manufacturing facility.

• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization
• Analyze production data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and support decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of products
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels
• Implement and maintain production control systems to track and manage production processes
• Conduct demand forecasting and capacity planning to align production with business goals
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to improve overall efficiency
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations in all production activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
