Freelance UI/UX Designer (Remote)

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing cutting-edge digital experiences for enterprise clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, strategists, and stakeholders, to translate complex business needs into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

1. User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to craft high-quality user experiences.

3. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to align business goals with user needs.
4. Design Systems & Guidelines: Maintain design systems, UI libraries, and component frameworks to ensure consistency across projects.
5. Latest Trends & Innovations: Stay updated on AI-powered design, accessibility (WCAG), motion UI, and emerging UX methodologies.

Minimum Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in an agency or enterprise setting.
2. Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Axure).
3. Strong knowledge of design systems, atomic design principles, and accessibility.
4. A deep understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and micro-interactions.
5. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) to collaborate effectively with developers.
6. A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work for high-impact digital products.
7. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating across time zones.
