We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Freelance Admin Assistant to work once or twice a week to help with office administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and capable of handling a variety of office functions.

This role is perfect for a student or someone looking for flexible, part-time work.

Candidate must possess skills in:

  • Data Entry and Record Keeping
  • Email and Communication Management
  • Document Preparation
  • Customer Service
  • General Administrative Support
  • Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program (preferred) or fresh graduate.
  • Experience: No prior experience required, but previous administrative experience is a plus.
  • Working hours: Able to commit to a minimum of 4 hours per day (request to work for 1 or 2 days per week).
