About the role
The key role of the FP&A team is to support the Kerry business growth agenda by ensuring the right information is with the right stakeholders at the right time. Together with the Commercial and Integrated Operations teams in Europe and the Global Business Services team in Malaysia, plus other key stakeholders, this team delivers our Performance Management cadence through best-in-class reporting, projection & budget processes and impactful presentations driving business performance.
The FP&A Senior Analyst will deliver routine & non-routine financial reporting and analysis. This role directly supports the FP&A Director in Europe, alongside our FP&A Insight Leads, to drive business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver routine Performance Management reporting and presentations for use by Business Units, Commercial & Technology teams.
- Drive the standardization and simplification of all routine & non-routine performance reporting across the Group.
- Lead planning processes including projection and budget.
- Execution and continued improvement of key business processes i.e., performance reporting, forecasting, budgeting, scorecards & transaction data integrity.
- Manage the forecast & budgeting processes in conjunction with key stakeholders, and in collaboration with the rest of the wider finance team.
- Lead target setting processes for commercial teams including ensuring routine reporting vs targets is enabled through global reporting partners.
- Manage commercial excellence reporting and insights.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required.
- Support FP&A enablement team on data integrity and monthly system reconciliations, and escalating issues in a transparent and collaborative manner if/as issues arise.
Qualifications and skills
- Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Business or other numerical disciplines.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in a Financial Analysis & Commercial reporting role.
- Advanced Excel skills knowledge.
- Knowledge of SAP, SAP BW & Salesforce CRM is preferred.
- Experience in using data analytics tools such as PowerBI is an advantage.
- Qualified ACA /ACCA/CIMA/CPA, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
