FP&A Manager (contract)

About the Company
Randstad is currently in collaboration with a Global MNC Company in the Green & Sustainability business to identify the right talent to support the business' finance activities and to cover a maternity position. We are currently looking for an FP&A Manager, who will report to the FP&A Director in Singapore, to support regional budget and forecast activities.

About the Job

• Oversee and coordinate FP&A processes, including monthly and quarterly reporting, as well as forecasting financial and operational results.
• Analyze monthly operational and financial performance reports and quarterly results in collaboration with Finance Business Partners and Analysts for each country.
• Develop and consolidate Regional Quarterly Forecasts, Annual Budgets, Business Plans, and other business evolution forecast exercises, along with any ad-hoc business analyses.
• Support the Board, Business Leaders, or Department Heads by contributing to projects and ad-hoc analyses to aid in strategic planning and decision-making.
• Conduct ad-hoc strategic analyses, including financial modeling to simulate various regulatory or competitive scenarios, assess long-term financial viability, and provide insights for defining business strategies.
• Drive process efficiency and continuous improvement in business planning and control processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and systems.

It'll Be Good If You Are

• MBA or MSc degree in Finance, Business or a related field.
• Keen understanding of financial planning & control and budget management.
• High analytical capacity, critical thinking, and strong planning/prioritization capabilities.
• Focus on problem-solving and resilience/adaptation to change.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight turnaround timelines.
