Forklift Operator

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Operating and manoeuvring the forklift to transfer materials, pipes, and fittings.
2. Loading, unloading, packing, and unpacking materials, pipes, and fittings.
3. Relocating items within the production line.
4. Identifying and providing a list of pipes and fittings stored in production inventory.
5. Communicating with production teams among different work centers regarding any relocation of items, materials, pipes, and fittings.
6. Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty.
7. Operating and maintaining the forklift by performing daily inspections.
8. Following production procedures and specifications.
9. Implementing all HSE procedures and ensuring safety work practices.
10. Performing any other duties assigned by the working foreman and superior.

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Minimum SPM qualification or Technical/Vocational Diploma/Certificate or equivalent.
2. The candidate must be a certified forklift driver.
3. The candidate must be able to read and write.
4. Good attitude and able to work as a team.
5. Be responsible and disciplined.
6. Able to work overtime when required.
