Food Technologist

Minimum Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Food Technology/Food Science or related qualification.
• Basic knowledge in GMP, HACCP, and MESTI certification.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in bakery production line is an advantage; must be a registered Food Analyst and can sign COA.
• Good interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement skills.
• Good laboratory skills.

Responsibilities

• In charge of quality and product safety.
• In charge of Microbiological Laboratory Testing.
