Job Responsibility

1. Food Safety & Halal Compliance
2. Coordinating food line staff to comply with authority requirements (Typhoid vaccination/Food Handler Training)
3. Assisting with visitation & audit from authority (MOH/PBT/JAKIM)
4. Checking Food Safety & Halal compliance (Staff/Department)
5. Maintaining HACCP & HALAL system certification at outlets
6. Assisting in pest monitoring
7. Assisting and investigating customer complaints related to food/halal
8. Conducting Training (Internal)
9. Chemical training
10. CCP training
11. Halal related training
12. Conducting audits (internal)
13. Conducting monthly Food Safety & Halal Audits
14. Conducting cross Food Safety & Halal Audits at any of AEON outlets (if any)
15. Others
16. Report submission - Food Safety & Halal
17. Attending meetings & training (if any)
18. Document compilation related to Food Safety & Halal compliance
19. Advising store manager on Food Safety & Halal related issues.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor of Food Science/Food Technology/Food Biotechnology/Halal Management
2. Certified Halal Executive (if any)
3. Certified Food Handler Training (if any)
