Job Responsibility
- Ensure F&B outlets day to day operation is running smoothly.
- Conduct kitchen inspection daily and report on weekly basis.
- Making sure operation of Bilik Buaya and GT Bar running smoothly.
- Create monthly promotion for Bilik Buaya and GT Bar.
- Control stock and inventory for Bilik Buaya and GT Bar.
- To conduct training for staff at Bilik Buaya and GT Bar.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the F&B manager.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management of the club.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must possess a minimum Diploma in hospitality, culinary arts, or a related field (preferred).
- Good communication skills both in Bahasa Malaysia and English language.
- At least 2-3 years of related working experience within the F&B industry.
- Strong Bar / Beverage Knowledge.
- Willing to work on weekends and Public Holiday.
- Willing to work on shifts.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
